More Info Coming Soon…
What is NOLA Gaming Fest?
NOLA Gaming Festival is the largest competitive video gaming event held in Louisiana. This gaming event,to the everyday gamer, is the Super Bowl of Gaming—it’s where gamers everywhere can compete against the best in the State, and surrounding areas, and walk away with the credit they earn!
We call it a festival because of its numerous variety of games ranging from new school to old school, console to PC, interactive to table top playing cards all the way down to board games like chess. Outside of competitive game play, all attendees can take part in touring our vendor tables which range from local companies showcasing their newest products, to schools displaying their creations from school-based STEM/Digital Arts programs.
Developers and designers can partake in NOLA Gaming Fest’s Best Product Competition, which is judged by the attendees for small business funding. While visiting vendors’ tables, our attendees also participate in panel discussions from technology companies on various subjects applicable to a technology-based world.
IGL Foundation and its staff have been hosting various video gaming tournaments and STEM/Digital Arts programs in Louisiana for over 15 years now!
